Annual filing

You will be required to file an annual return to the Companies Registry and LCCS can prepare and submit it on your behalf upon request (please check “Send instructions” on our website).

No worries, LCCS keep an eye on your deadlines and will inform when it is time to file!

You will also be required to file a profits tax return and audit report to the Inland Revenue Department as described in our audit, accounting and tax filing chapter.
