Transfer An Existing Company

Transfer of an existing company is free. Depending on the service chosen (Company Secretary and/or Registered Office), you are only required to pay a 1-year subscription fee.

  1. Visit our website, choose your package among the four we offer and click “Select”. List of required documents is given in Page 2.
  2. Fill in our online questionnaireclick “Submit” and check out (instant payment via Credit/Debit card).
  3. As soon as we receive your request for transfer, we will check your dataarrange a video call with the director & ultimate beneficial owner of the Company (for KYC purpose) and then issue the full set of required documents which we will then send to you by e-mail with instructions to print, sign and return via courier. Upon receiving original signed documents we will report the change to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Department.
