For recruitment, we can publish job opportunities through an automated referral platform. The platform is a single entry point that incentivizes an extensive network of more than 300 referrers who are either individuals who know people looking for jobs or professionals (recruitment agencies).

You will determine a commission you agree to pay referrers (between 5% and 30% of the annual salary), making your ad more or less attractive to them. You will then receive profiles that should fit your expectations. If you decide to recruit one of the persons referred to you, you will owe the commission you set to the referrer (and benefit from one month guarantee shall the candidate leave the company within the first month).

So, it is entirely free unless you find the person you are looking for.
