Registered address

Hong Kong companies must have one physical address (it cannot be a PO Box), and the registered office must be situated in Hong Kong.

The registered address may be a different address than the actual business address that may be used by the company for operations. This may happen if you anticipate changes of address for instance and you may choose to use the service of a professional such as iNCUBEE for a more stable registered address as to avoid to report changes of registered address to the Companies Registry and Inland Revenue. In such case, it is normally required to update the Business Registration Certificate (BRC) with the business address.
