Significant Controllers Register Checklist
Effective 1st March 2018 all Hong Kong companies are required to keep a Significant Controller’s Register. You might remember we had briefly discussed this obligation when it was just a proposal back in December last year in our article The Companies (Amendment) Bill 2017: The End of Nominee Services In Hong Kong? Now it has been officially implemented we’d recommend taking a look at the article just mentioned to understand who it affects and what should be done.
